D3js畫的折線圖 #3 滑鼠在哪線在哪

畫好了折現圖，想要再加個垂直的輔助線

透明板

首先我們要先畫上一個透明板，去偵測上面的滑鼠事件

d3.mouse
d3.event

如果使用arrow function，會認不到this，這時就不能用d3.mouse(this)
要用d3.mouse(d3.event.currentTarget)(這邊不知道有沒有更好的寫法)
